App Transfer Process

If you have an event app that was submitted by EventMobi prior to Apple’s policy updates and is currently owned by the EventMobi Developer Account, we can help you transfer that app to your own Developer Account in either the Apple or Google Play app stores.

Before we begin your App Transfer, ensure you have created your Developer Accounts. For more information on this process, click here

To have your app transferred to your accounts for both the Apple and Google Play Stores, email nativeapps@eventmobi.com the following information: 

 

Information Required 

1. App Name as it currently appears in the App Stores. 

2. Apple: App ID email associated with your Developer Account

3. Apple: Team ID associated with your Developer Account

4. Android: Developer Account Email 

5. Android: Transaction ID 

Accepting App Transfers 

APPLE:
Once we have submitted the submission for Apple, it'll be transferred to your account Immediately. You'll need to log into App Store Connect and provide the following information to complete the transfer. 

  • Company Name: Enter your company name 
  • Support URL:  support.eventmobi.com 
  • Privacy Policy URL: eventmobi.com/legal/privacy-policy
  • App Review Contact Information: Enter the contact details for someone in the organization  
  • App Store Contact Information:Enter the contact details for someone who is responsible for the app within your organization 

*Should you run into an error that prevents you from accepting the transfer due to Family Sharing disabled:

Please go into the "Agreements, Tax and Banking" tab in your App Store Connect account then click "Request" beside anything that's listed under Request Contracts. Apple requires you to comply and accept any new agreements that are there before you can accept a new app to your account! 

GOOGLE PLAY: 
The transfer to Google Play requires no further action by your team. However, it may take 1-2 days for the listing to appear under your account.
