Our professional services specialist will work with you in the early stages of your event app project to customize your app and upload your data, up to 30 days out from the start of your event, at which point the reins of the app will handed back to your team, with continuous support from our General Support team afterwards. One edit to the data by our professional services team is permitted following the initial import, following which remaining changes are handled by your team.

- Ongoing consultation on most effective formats, data structures & event best practices
- Consolidation of data
- Upload of data up until 30 days of the event start date, with one revision of the data
- General onboarding and personalized training on features important to their event
