Clearing your Cache

Why do I need to clear my cache and how do I do it?

Some functions actually require that you clear your browsing cache to take effect on your device.  This is because your browser or device may be recording bits of information from before you made changes to your app.  Clearing your cache helps to refresh the browser and allows you to recreate the experience of a brand new user on the app. If you're using a native app, just try uninstalling it and downloading it again.
