Will I have to update the app on my phone to see changes and updates?

EventMobi sends updates directly to your device's browser, which checks for them automatically and behind the scenes. You can see when your app was last updated at the bottom of the Menu pane. If you would prefer to proactively check for updates, you can also click Refresh App to re-sync your data.

You will need an internet connection to receive updates and should receive them within 1 or 2 minutes of the change on our end.



Some changes will actually require you to clear the cache on your browser in order to see them. To make that a little easier, we have built a cache-clearing function into the Refresh App button at the bottom of the Menu pane. If that doesn't work, you can head to refreshyourcache.com for specific instructions on clearing your cache for your device.
