Two or three weeks after your event, you will receive a summary of your event’s analytics and your Customer Success Manager will go over them with you. EventMobi analytics are also available shortly after you create your event from the Analytics Report section under General Settings, where you can view them in realtime and download your own report at any time by clicking Download Analytics Report (PDF) in the top-right corner.
At the top of this section, you'll see the data we collect about specific user behaviour indicating who has logged in, created a profile, taken notes, etc. You can click on Full Report for a more detailed view that indicates each person's email.
Just under that, you can see the analytics tracked by Google. Here, you'll find information about general usage with regards to pageviews, visits, and unique visitors, which are also organized by date and device.
- Pageviews represent the number of times a given page was viewed (i.e. accessed).
- Visits represent the number of individual sessions initiated on your app. If a user is inactive on your site for 30 minutes or more, any future activity will be attributed to a new visit. Users that leave your site and return within 30 minutes will be counted as having visited only once.
- Unique visitors represent the number of unique devices that have accessed a page over a given period of time.
Banner ad analytics are broken down into impressions and clicks, which makes them great for demonstrating ROI at your event. An impression is any time at least 50% of a banner appeared on the screen while not in motion (i.e. while not scrolling past things).
If you need more detailed analytics, please contact support. If you would like access to the raw data Google generates, please provide a Google-compatible email address and indicate which event you are working on.
