I am using Internet Explorer and I am having trouble on the Content Manager

If you are an EventMobi customer and using experience.eventmobi.com, your account is using our new Experience Manager. If this is the case, please visit help.eventmobi.com

We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox while building your app on the Content Manager. If you experience any issues uploading content, resizing images, etc. while using IE, you can likely resolve the issue just by switching to another browser.

If you do encounter an issue, please contact support and provide us with any details about your experience, including what you were doing when the issue occurred and what the issue looks like (i.e. error messages, files being uploaded, screenshots, etc.).
