How do I log in if my password isn't working?

I'm an event organizer and I can't log into my account

If you are receiving an incorrect password error or do not remember your password to log into the content manager, you can reset your password by following these steps:

  1. On the login screen at manage.eventmobi.com, click "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter the email address for your EventMobi account
  3. In the password reset email that you receive in your inbox, click "Create New Password"
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it.

Once you have confirmed your new password, you can go back to the login screen and enter your new information to log in. 

 

I'm an attendee and I can't log into the app

If you are receiving an incorrect password error or do not remember your password to log into the app, you can reset your password in the following steps: 

  1. On the login screen or menu, click "Forgot Password?" 
  2. Enter your email and click Send. 
  3. In the password email that you receive in your inbox, click "Create New Password"
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it. 

Once you have confirmed your new password, you can go back to the login screen in the app and enter your new information to log in.
